Pastor Shane McCrossen was called to the ministry out of a career in computer consulting. The realization that nothing would satisfy him other than adding to and building up the Body of Christ. He and his wife Cherie, with their young sons, spent two years at New Tribes Bible institute in Waukesha, Wisconsin, preparing for ministry. He and Cherie have had a heart for Sequim for many years and are now excited to be ministering to families in Sequim.
Pat has had extensive experience working with youth in both a church and a Christian School setting, as well as experience as a school assembly speaker. His wife Jennifer is a teacher at Helen Haller Elementary School here in Sequim.
Pastor Shelley Gale (pictured on the right) and his wife, Dayle (pictured on the left), were both born and raised in Judaism. They met at the age of 16 through their Jewish groups. They were high school sweethearts and married right after graduation in 1971. They became believers in their Savior in 1974 and have been actively serving in their churches ever since. Shelley served in the US Coast Guard for a total of 22 years and is a retired Los Angeles Police Officer. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Baptist Bible College (1983); a Th.M (2002) and a D.Min (2004) from Slidell Baptist Seminary. He and Dayle have three grown children and eight grandchildren. Shelley has a passion for expository teaching and preaching the pure Word of god. Dayle is a trained Biblical Women's Counselor and the Women's Ministry Assistant Director. Their greatest joy is serving the Lord together.
